Shape Me Up Now / Website information
Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
A separate explanation of fitness-related information and your privacy choices.
Last updated: October 23, 2026. This page describes the current free website.
What this policy concerns
This separate policy describes the kinds of health-related information visitors may enter into our current fitness tools, what those tools do with it, and how to make privacy requests. Washington’s My Health My Data Act defines consumer health data broadly, including identifiable information about physical or mental health status and certain inferences. Some fitness-related information may fall within that definition where the law applies. Not every browser-only entry is necessarily collected by the website operator.
Categories and reasons for processing
Our browser-based workout journal can store exercise and workout history; the nutrition journal can store food and meal entries; optional daily coach, challenges and weekly-summary tools can store or use activity and goal selections. In this provided static version, saved journal entries are processed in the visitor’s browser to display, retrieve, compare or summarize requested entries. Weekly Fitness reads the relevant saved journals only when the visitor enables that option in the browser. No live signed-in account or server-side upload of those journals is implemented in the supplied public scripts.
Sources and recipients
The source of journal entries is what a visitor types or selects in local tools. Based on these public scripts, journal contents are not sent to a Shape Me Up Now customer backend or an advertising service, and no categories of third-party recipients of those saved journal contents are identified. Website hosting and security services may separately receive connection metadata such as IP addresses and requested URLs. The live provider configuration requires separate verification; do not infer that no third party ever receives connection or device information.
Consent, withdrawal and restrictions
Saving entries locally is optional. Visitors can choose not to save journals, erase supported browser records, and revoke Weekly Fitness access through the Privacy Center. A website safety/terms acknowledgment is not the same as statutory consent to collect or share consumer health data. If we introduce operator-collected or third-party-shared consumer health data that requires separate consent or authorization, we must obtain that permission before the new activity begins. We do not offer health-data sales or health-based targeted advertising in this version.
Rights and requests
To control supported on-device records, visit the Privacy Center. For questions about information held by the website operator, or to request confirmation, access, deletion, withdrawal of consent or a list of applicable third-party disclosures where the law grants those rights, email support@shapemeupnow.com with the subject “Consumer health data request.” To contest a decision, send a reply with the subject “Consumer health data appeal.” We may authenticate a request without asking for unnecessary sensitive health details. Statutory response periods and remedies apply where this law governs our processing.
How this policy may change
We do not operate a live journal-sync account, fitness health-data sales program or advertising profile using saved workout or food records in this website version. Browser-based controls cannot erase files you downloaded or records held independently by other services. If our health-data practices materially change, this separate notice and any required consumer choices must be updated before those changes are used.
