Information entered in fitness tools
Free tools may ask for workouts, exercises, food entries, goals, challenges and related measurements. Based on this website’s supplied public scripts, optional saved entries for the workout journal, food journal, daily coach, and challenges use storage in your browser rather than a signed-in Shape Me Up Now account. Weekly Fitness can read selected saved workout and food entries on your device when you grant its browser-local permission. Site forms in this version are non-submitting preview/dialog forms, not live customer account, payment or support submissions.
Your browser and local controls
Saved browser records are accessible to people using the same browser profile and are not encrypted medical records. The Privacy Center can identify and erase known local categories and revoke the permission used by Weekly Fitness to access saved journals. Other browser tabs may retain values in memory and re-save them; close them before erasing. This does not erase files you exported, content on other devices, independent websites, browser backups, or provider-side connection logs.
Hosting and security logs
When you request a web page, the website’s hosting, DNS and security services may process technical data such as IP address, requested URLs, time of request, device/browser details, approximate IP-based location, and security events. These are distinct from workout or nutrition journal contents saved in your browser. The precise live service configuration, retention periods and international transfers depend on the operators and providers actually used; please contact support for information about available records or rights requests. We do not represent this browser-only source archive as proof of every provider’s settings.

Following external links or loading third-party video content may connect your browser directly to those services. Those services apply their own terms and privacy practices. The supplied public site does not implement a live advertising network or transmission of saved journal entries to an advertiser. New analytics, checkout, accounts, affiliates or third-party health-data processing require updated notices and any legally required choices before activation.
Purposes, sharing and retention
Locally saved workout and food entries support the display, planning, comparison and weekly-summary features you choose. Browser-saved entries normally remain in that browser profile until you erase them or your browser clears storage. Separate connection or security metadata may be used by hosting providers to deliver and protect the site and may have different retention periods. We do not promise that every provider log or third-party file is controlled by the Privacy Center.
Access, deletion and contact
For device-local records, use the Privacy Center and any export or delete controls within the journals. To ask whether we hold other information about you, or request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal where applicable, email support@shapemeupnow.com. We may ask for proportionate identity verification before revealing data. Children and international visitors
No child account is available in this static release. Children should use exercise and nutrition materials with appropriate adult supervision, and visitors should not enter a child’s sensitive information into free browser-based journals. Privacy protections and rights differ by jurisdiction. We will reassess them before activating registered accounts, children’s features or new international data processing.
Consumer health information
Workout, meal, activity, progress and body measurements may be sensitive. Please see our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and the Privacy Center. Whether Washington’s My Health My Data Act or another law imposes particular consent, disclosure and consumer-rights duties depends on the actual operator, applicable jurisdiction and processing, not merely on the appearance of a fitness tool.
