My Workout Journal
Record each set at its own weight. Add several muscle groups, link a session to a challenge or plan, and keep one workout record. Nothing is uploaded to an account or shared with a trainer.
Fast logging · Gym-floor mode
Tap, log, lift. Repeat.
One tap records one set. Keep the same weight or adjust it for the next set. Nothing is saved to your account or device until you finish.
Build your barbell weight
Add as many DIFFERENT plate sizes as you need. Tap + next to 45, 25, 10, 5 or any other size. Your total changes automatically. If you count BOTH sides combined, enter an even number to keep the left and right balanced.
Example: Enter 4 next to 45 lb to use FOUR 45 lb plates on the left and FOUR on the right.
Tap + on any plate size. The calculated weight will automatically be used when you tap Log this set.
Changed the weight manually?
Your previous workout for this exercise will appear here after you record or load history in this tab.
Log a set to compare with your previous saved session, using the same units and load basis.
Select an exercise first. Adjust any values, then log a set.
Tip: The next set keeps your last reps and weight. Change only what you need. Yoga and cycling automatically use time, not weights. Review and save once at the end.
More controls: programs, notes, plate calculator and detailed exercise editing
Optional advanced tools. Quick Gym Mode above and these forms add to the same workout; review everything before saving.
1. Today's workout
2. Find an activity and log it
Search by exercise, body part or equipment, or pick a category. Tap a suggested activity to select it quickly. Activities such as yoga and cycling use minutes or seconds rather than weights.
Each row is one set; every row may use a different weight. Enter the total weight for a barbell, or the weight of each dumbbell.
| Set | Reps | Weight | Unit | Load basis | Remove |
|---|
Tip: Repeat last set copies the previous values. Adjust only what changed. To log a second activity, add this exercise and search again.
Plate calculator for a selected set
Plates are counted on each side. Total = bar + 2 × plates per side. Machine resistance is not necessarily equivalent to the labeled plate load.
Weight to record: 90 lb plates + 45 lb bar = 135 lb loaded
Advanced: changing the load within one set
For drop sets or per-repetition changes, select a set and enter one weight per repetition, separated by commas. Each value is the total external load in the set's selected unit.
Speak a workout (optional, review every number)
Speech recognition can mishear exercise names, accents, sets and weights. It depends on browser/device support and may send audio to its provider. Never trust a voice result without checking it. You can also type or correct a transcript.
This fills editable fields; it does NOT add an exercise or save history.
3. Review and save
Incorrect set? Remove that individual set below before saving. Corrections are made only in this tab.
Review the entire session before saving. Nothing is shared or sent to a trainer. Save on this device is optional and uses unencrypted browser storage.

Export a reusable program outline from your latest session, without client identities, personal notes, recorded dates, or actual weights. A template is not a verified trainer-client assignment.
